Stage 1: Introduction Call
15 Minute call via Zoom
Introduction and brief needs assessment
Are we the right fit to work together?
Following this call if we mutually agree that I am able to provide you with the support you need for creating your strategy and implementation plan you can book in for Stage 2 via the VIP calendar link I will provide to you.
Investment:

Stage 2: Deep Dive Strategy Workshop
Booked in following our call via my online calendar following your acceptance of the proposal and payment of the deposit.
- Live 1:1 zoom call – 2 hours total – recording provided to you
- From this call we pinpoint your 3 top priorities that you want to progress
- Minimum 14 days is required for me to work through the ideas and solutions we discuss on the call together
- Full document provided of what was discussed, any recommendations / proposed implementation requirements
- We then book in a further 1 hour zoom call to discuss the Strategy Plan document and any questions from what is provided
- Quote for the implementation of the above plan components sent to you within 7 days from our follow-up call if applicable
Investment:
$2,500.00 + GST ($2,750.00 inclusive of GST)
Stage 3: Implementation Phase
Build out and implementation of software and systems as signed off from the Stage 2 Quote.
Minimum 4 weeks timeframe on the implementation depending on agreed deliverables.
Depending on what is required – either myself or my implementation team will be providing the outcomes that are required.
Investment:
Starting from $3,300 + GST depending on scope
Stage 4: Handover / Ongoing
Handover with documentation and how-to guides where required. Email support included 14 days from handover date for any adjustments or questions that arise.
Fully documented handover manual and recordings of usage for systems/processes implemented for future keeping or sharing with your team if required.
Determined based on the software / implementation requirements:
- Monthly Maintenance
- Quarterly Health Check
- Adhoc Support

Monthly Maintenance: From $195 + GST
Quarterly Health Check: From $750 + GST
